Venue Rental Policies

  • Pets: Considered Upon Request (restrictions or fees may apply) - Pets inside any building must remain in a crate or carrier at all times. The Vendor grounds are not completely fenced so it is the Client’s responsibility to secure their animals. The Client is responsible for cleaning up after their animals and for any droppings or damage they cause to the property.
  • Open Flames: Allowed - Candles must be in pre-approved glass containers only. The holder must prevent wax from dripping on any surface
  • Outside Catering: Allowed - The Grand View Mansfield does not allow drop off style catering without prior management approval. All food must be maintained by a catering staff and the staff is responsible for busing and clearing tables, cleaning excessive spills on floors, full kitchen clean and removal of ALL trash bags and replacement of trash bags in trash cans prior to the caterer leaving the premises. Caterers are required to be checked out by the venue attendant or Client is subject to losing their damage deposit. If client choose to provide food, meaning there will be no catering company, client will be responsible for attaining day of in day of insurance for 1,000,000 per occurrence with The Grand View listed as additional insured and sign the On-site Catering Agreement. A copy of both the insurance and the signed catering agreement must be sent to the Vendor no later than 30 days prior to event date.
