Let us provide the blank canvas to host your celebration in a style that’s all your own. Rich with history, this newly renovated 100 year old building brings all the foundational design elements of a chic industrial space with unlimited possibilities to customize your meeting or event in a truly unique and wildly creative way. We have three incredible spaces available to customize for your special occasion: The Gallery, The Warehouse, and The Lawn.

Venue Rental Policies

Art Work: There is artwork located on the walls in the Gallery area. If you would like a totally blank canvas for decoration in the Gallery, there is an additional fee for removing the artwork from the walls. *Please note: there is no art located in the Warehouse.
Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee of $125-$250 is required for each event (price varies depending on area/areas rented).
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of $250.00 is required for every wedding/party/corporate event booking. This damage deposit is fully refundable contingent upon the venue being returned in a satisfactory condition along with other stipulations listed in our venue rental agreement.
Outside Catering: Allowed - You may bring in any outside food and beverage into our space. We do not require that you work with any specific vendors, however, any caterers who prepare food on-site must be fully licensed and insured. We are happy to recommend some of our favorites!
Outside Alcohol: Allowed - If you plan to serve alcohol to your guests, we require that you hire a licensed and insured bartender. Normally, bartenders can be acquired via your caterer.
