So, what's a template? Templates are pre-written emails that can be saved and used for multiple email sends. Instead of having to write an email from scratch every time, you can simply select the template you want to use from your Template Library, customize the text and then send it off to your client! We always recommend that you use a template as a base for your emails and then add a personal touch to show your clients that you care!
