Ensure communication is occurring from within Weven for you and your team so it can easily be referenced back to, and so the appropriate members of your team will have visibility.
Internally, you can log calls or emails so your venue team can all be on the same page about what has (and hasn't) been exchanged with each client. This eliminates any duplicate efforts and saves everyone time! Any documents exchanged will appear in the Documents Tab for easy reference.
