Nestled in between the rush of the Pennsylvania Carley Brook and the hillsides of Poconos, The Venue at Carley Brook is a picturesque space for the most meaningful celebrations. Ground has broken on turning this historic 185-acre farm into a luxury event space to be enjoyed all year round, making it one of the only all-season event spaces in the area.

The space will be complete with two interchangeable ceremony and reception spaces–one completely renovated, modern barn and one permanent 30-ft tall clear tent atrium. It will feature two outdoor cocktail areas, a thoughtfully-designed bridal suite, rustic groom’s suite, and flexible outdoor spaces next to fields donned by magnificent horses who call the farm their home.

Venue Rental Policies

  • Insurance: Allowed - Clients must provide a liquor liability certificate of insurance that includes every day of the package. The venue must be named on the policy.
  • Bar Service: Allowed - Clients must choose from the approved list of bar services. Bar services that aren not listed are open for discussion.
  • Rehearsal Dinners: Allowed - Rehearsal Dinners are permitted in Tier 1 and Tier 2 packages but must be confirmed with the venue coordination team ahead of time. Clients must provide their own catering, bar service, and liquor liability insurance.
  • Farewell Brunch: Allowed - Farewell brunches are permitted in Tier 1 and Tier 2 packages, but must be confirmed with the venue coordination team ahead of time. Clients must provide their own catering and bar service, and liquor liability insurance.
  • Pets: Allowed - Pets (dogs) are welcome to join you for you special day, but venue staff must be made aware of and approve any four-legged guests.
  • Open Flames: Not Allowed - No open flame. All candles must be battery operated. The Venue has a grand fire place and outdoor fire pits that will be maintained by the venue staff.
  • Bonfires/Fire Pits: Allowed - The Venue has a grand fire place and outdoor fire pits. They are included in the package price along with firewood. The fires will be lit and maintained by the venue staff.
  • Outside Catering: Allowed - The clients must provide their own certified catering service.
  • Outside Alcohol: Allowed - The clients must hire their own bar service. The service may provide alcohol as part of their package or require the clients to purchase their own.
  • Smoking: Allowed - Smoking is allowed in designated areas.
