The space
Our Luxury Estates and Nature Reserve consists:
A fully restored large historic house with all the modern fun. 8 bedrooms/5 bathroom (Hosts up to 100 people. 24 in the house, 30 in near by cabins, we have five 2 bedroom cabins that sleep six each+ a large hunting clubhouse that sleeps 26+ We have several RVs that could be used as well)

• Huge 20X60 Heated POOL in the ultimate setting (Closed from October to April)
• A 20 people wood burning sauna
• Large Hot tub
• A beautiful river that you can walk/swim in
• 2 ponds with fish and boats. (Yes, we have some fishing gear: and ice fishing during winter)

• A true chef's kitchen that's fully loaded with all the cooking and baking needs)
• Numerous hiking trails into deep nature - We have an easy 20-40 minute hikes, but also offer advance hiking for adrenaline lovers.

2 hours from the GW bridge-We are located 5 min from the Delaware river where you can kayak and fish to your heart's desire.,.We are 10 min from the beautiful town of Callicoon and between 15-30 minutes from many wonderful towns such as Livingston manor, Rascco, Narrowsburg...We are also located 10 min from Pennsylvania/Poconos. There are many national parks and stunning hiking and nature in our area.

Sleeping:
House can be configured as a 7 or 8 bedrooms that can sleep 15+4 couches that can sleep 4.....we also have 5 folding beds with real mattresses and 6 quality air mattress that can sleep another 10-12...we can set up the extra mattress based upon your needs,
