Venue Rental Policies

Rehearsal Dinners: Allowed - We are able to host your rehearsal dinner at The Rosemary for an additional charge of $500 per event. Contact us for details.
Farewell Brunch: Allowed - We are able to host your brunch at The Rosemary for an additional charge of $500 per event. Contact us for details.
Pets: Allowed - You are welcome to have your pet with you during your wedding. Just make sure they are leashed, and you keep a close eye on them.
Open Flames: Considered Upon Request (restrictions or fees may apply) - We allow candles and prefer candles be used in votives.
Bonfires/Fire Pits: Allowed
Outside Catering: Allowed - A licensed catering company must serve food for the duration of the event. The caterer will provide a full cooking and serving staff, and is responsible for the set-up, breakdown, and cleanup of the catered site. In order to serve alcohol at the event, the caterer must provide one day catering permit.
Outside Alcohol: Allowed - A licensed catering or beverage company must serve alcohol for the duration of the event. The caterer will at least one bartender if alcohol is being served, and is responsible for the set-up, breakdown, and cleanup of the catered site. In order to serve alcohol at the event, the caterer must provide one day catering permit.
Smoking: Allowed - Guests are to use designated smoking areas only and MUST dispose their cigarettes in the appropriate trash or ashtrays.
