Other Q&A:

How do I RSVP?
To RSVP please click the tab at the top of the website or on the home page. Type the name listed on your invitation.

When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by September 30th so that we can let our venue know our head count promptly in time for the event. If you do not RSVP by this date Chris and I assume that you are unable to attend.

When should I arrive?
The ceremony will be beginning promptly at 4:30 PM. Please aim to arrive at 4:00 PM to ensure you are seated on time.

Where do I park?
SPAF offers plenty of on-site parking for your convenience.

What do I do if I RSVP yes and then I can't make it?
Please let Gabby know ASAP so that she can let the venue know accordingly.

Are kids invited?
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Can I bring a date?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited. Plus-ones have been allotted accordingly. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I take pictures?
We are asking for a phone-free ceremony so that our photographer can properly take pictures. Other than that, feel free to take any photos that you would like throughout our evening, we love that you would want to capture our special day!

What are my reception dinner options?
We are still in the menu deciding process but are planning on a family-style dinner. There will be plenty of options to choose from! If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please reach out to Gabby so that she can let the venue know.

Will there be an open bar?
As per our save the dates, absolutely! The drinks will be on us but the hangover is on you. Get ready to celebrate!

Where should I stay for the wedding weekend?
As most of our guests are local, we have not reserved hotel blocks. If you are traveling, we truly appreciate you making the trip. Please feel free to explore the many lodging options near SPAF and the surrounding area. If you need help with this please reach out to Gabby.

I have a question about the wedding the week of the wedding/day of. Who do I contact?
Literally anyone but the bride. Erica Kozak (845) 242-4425 and Lauren Hoetger (845) 214-6395 (maids of honor)are a great option!
