Our Story
How We Met
It all started in middle school, where we met through our mutual friend, Jesse. At the time, we had no idea that a simple introduction would lead to a lifetime together.
We became close friends in 2010, and by 2011, we realized there was something more between us.
Over the years, we’ve shared countless memories and laughs— and even when life got busy or unpredictable, we somehow always found our way back to each other. We haven’t been able to stay away since day one, and honestly, we wouldn’t want it any other way.
Now, we’re so excited to start this next chapter as husband and wife, and we can’t wait to celebrate our journey (and the beginning of forever) with all of you.
The Proposal
The original plan was to get engaged in Boston in front of Gabby's grandmothers apartment from her younger days — something a bit more planned and polished. But as life would have it, Chris had other ideas.
Two months earlier, during the Super Bowl (yes, really), surrounded by family, "My Boo" by Usher and Alicia Keys started playing. Chris, who never asks Gabby to dance, suddenly did and Gabby, naturally, had an attitude about it.
With some encouragement (pressure) from her family, she got up to dance... and that’s when Chris got down on one knee.
It was completely unexpected, incredibly special, and absolutely perfect.
