Drive with caution around sunset and sunrise. Elk, deer, turkey, javelina, and other animals tend to migrate during this time to eat and drink.

Take Hwy 87 to Strawberry. Hwy 87 makes a sweeping bend and then begins climbing Strawberry Hill. The Cabins are at the end of Strawberry. You will see the Cabins on Strawberry Hill sign on the hill on the left. Continue about another 500 feet. The driveway is about 10 feet before the yellow “No Passing” sign on your left, just South of mile marker 271. If you pass the driveway, it is about three miles before you can safely turn around.

BEST Carne Asada in town. While this isn't much of a sit-down restaurant, the food is amazing! Everything is good, but we recommend the carne asada burrito and their chimichangas.

Homemade Empanadas - sweet and savory options available. We recommend ordering 2 to get your fill (maybe 3 for the hungry boys).

That Brewery - Pine

A great place to go and hang out. Home to Local Brews in Rim Country. They have an outdoor patio with games and fresh tap brews. Their menu has decent burgers and fries as well.

The Fudge & Gift Shop - Payson (SWISS VILLAGE)

Located in the Swiss Village Plaza along with several other shops including Kendra's Bakery (who is also the artist behind our wedding cake), Serendipity, Candle Shop, Consign Your Design, and Payson Olive Oil Company. A must-stop shopping plaza in Payson.

Downtown Pine

Downtown Pine offers a variety of shopping. Great for unique gifts and Rim Country souvenirs.

Outdoor & Nature

Tonto Natural Bridge - Pine

A state park in Pine Arizona. This is a great place to hike and spend half a day.

Strawberry Schoolhouse - Historic Landmark
