We are so excited to have you join us on our special wedding day! The ceremony will begin at 430 on the far west side of the property.
Please provide yourself time to park and walk to the ceremony area as it is a bit of a distance.

If you are staying on the property please ensure that you check in BEFORE the ceremony starts.
Pets are not allowed on the property for events without prior approval from management.
PARKING
Parking on-site is limited. Please carpool as much as possible.
Please park behind the main house first. Additional parking is available inside the wedding venue.

DRIVERS
No drinking and driving will be allowed.
Please ensure that you make arrangements to take the shuttle OR have a designated driver.
ALCOHOL
We are providing a HOSTED bar. (Drinks are included at no additional cost at the reception.)
If you are staying on the property, you may bring additional drinks if you so choose.

Quiet Hour in Strawberry Arizona begins at 10:00 pm. Guests may continue to stay after 10, but we ask that you please be respectful of the noise level.
What To Wear
Attire is Semi-Formal
We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. Since this is an outdoor venue, we recommend the ladies choose flats or wedges rather than regular heels for traversing the property. A jacket is also highly recommended for when the temperature drops in the evening. Please check the weather the week of the event.
For Payson this time of the year, we recommend:
Women: dresses of any length or lightweight separates; flats, sandals, or wedge heels; and a jacket to match
Men: dress shirts with lightweight slacks or nice jeans; ties are optional
