You're invited to kick off the festivities with us at our Welcome Party! Join us for an evening filled with music, fire pit chats, lawn games and snacks & drinks provided by local food trucks. We can't wait to share this special evening with you! Cocktail attire for the riverfront setting. A shuttle will run in a loop throughout the evening between the 3 hotels to Harbor View. The last shuttle will depart from Harborview at 10pm!

Last Shuttle of the Night

The welcome party ends at 10pm, this will be the last shuttle leaving from Harbor View Landing to the 3 other hotels.

Wedding Shuttle Schedule

Saturday, July 20th at 4:30 PM

BUSES WILL LEAVE PROMPTLY AT 4:20pm from the Whalers Inn and 4:40pm from the Hilton and Hyatt. There will be two buses doing pick ups at the beginning of the night. One will pick up at The Whalers Inn and the Hilton and the other bus will pick up at the Hyatt. There be ONE round of shuttles for pick ups!! If you do not make the bus, you will need to provide your own transportation to the venue. At the end of the night, one bus will bring guests to Water St. for the after party and the other bus will bring guests back to the hotels!

We will have a home base at the Grace by Nia at Foxwoods Casino. PLEASE MAKE YOUR WAY TO THE GRACE FIRST, before exploring Foxwoods. Busses will leave from the reception, directly to Foxwoods. Busses back to the hotel will leave promptly at 12:30am!! If you would like to leave before or after, you are responsible for your transportation home. Ubers/Lyfts are plentiful from Foxwoods area!

What To Wear

Attire is Black-Tie. Gowns and tuxes are preferred. Please refrain from wearing white (cream, ivory, you know the deal!).
