We look forward to celebrating our special day with you! The wedding ceremony and reception will all take place among the pines in Strawberry, Arizona. Whether you join us for 1 day or 3, we cannot wait to see you. Most of you know how much we love camping, so we decided to make our special day a weekend of glamping! With that said, plan ahead! We have a limited number of cabins on site that we will rent out to our guests. We have control over them so you cannot book via the venue's website. To maximize space, we have already started to match compatible guests to a cabin. Please reach out regarding accommodations if your RSVP is a for sure YES, so we can continue to plan. The cabins are rustic and only have one bathroom, so we understand if some of our guest prefer to find their own accommodations. Please just communicate with us either way.
The cabins on site have full kitchens and a refrigerator where you can make meals or there is always the towns of Strawberry, Pine and Payson that have plenty of dining options. The venue site also has grills for our use. Not pet friendly. Our schedule will outline what meals we will provide but please feel free to bring your own food/snacks/beverages! We will have an open bar the night of the wedding, otherwise it is BYOB.

For those of you who make it up the hill early keep in mind it is a holiday in a small town, we doubt there will be any restaurants open, but we want to spend as much time with everyone we know and love so feel free to come up as early as check in on Thursday 4:30 PM.

The day is yours! Enjoy the property. There is corn hole, ping pong tables, a playground with a basketball hoop. There is a list of activities on the venue's website of things to do near Strawberry (azcabins.com). Feel free to explore and enjoy the day. If not staying on property, we still welcome you to enjoy the venue during the day as many guests will be on property including the soon to be Bride and Groom.

Bridal party will be doing a rehearsal dinner where we of course will rehearse but then would like to welcome all who have traveled to be here with us for our special day to a cookout! BYOB but we will have food available (so please indicate with your RSVP if you will be joining us for the rehearsal dinner).

Dinner and open bar to follow! Dancing is a must. Noise ordinance kicks in at 10 PM but we have the whole venue to ourselves so we can continue to kick it just at a lower volume.

What To Wear

The average high is typically around 92 degrees, and the average low is around 57 degrees so you will want to keep that in mind. The high country has unpredictable weather so do not hesitate to bring an umbrella in case it rains, sunscreen and extra water to avoid dehydration from the hotter parts of the day and be sure to keep the elevation in mind. The venue has heaters, but we recommend a jacket for when it's cooler in the evening.

Semi formal attire is encouraged for the ceremony/reception. Outside that, feel free to be casual!
