We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Below, you’ll find the schedule for our wedding day so you know what to expect, from the ceremony to the last dance. We’ve also included some guidance on what to wear to ensure you’re comfortable and ready to enjoy the day with us!

Guests Arrive to the Venue
The ceremony site will require a tractor ride uphill, provided by Carley Brook staff. To ensure you do not miss the ceremony or transportation to the site, please arrive to the Venue at least 15 minutes before the ceremony start time.

Cocktail Hour
During cocktail hour, get ready to spend time with friends and family, enjoy small bites, sip on one of our signature cocktails, and play lawn games.
5:15 PM
Dinner
A plated dinner will take place in the Atrium. Find your table number according to the seating chart and enjoy!
7:00 PM
Dancing
Open floor dancing will begin by 7pm. Enjoy the music, outdoor spaces, and cigar bar!
For our wedding, we kindly request guests adhere to a festive cocktail attire dress code. This typically includes knee- to floor-length dresses or dressy separates for women and dress slacks with a button-down shirt or a suit for men. We encourage you to choose outfits that reflect your personal style while maintaining a polished appearance. Ladies, please refrain from wearing white.
Since our wedding will be held at a venue with both outdoor spaces and temperature-controlled indoor areas, please be prepared for warm weather. You may want to bring layers or jackets for added comfort when the sun goes down.
There are paved walkways at the venue, though a short walk in grass will be required to take your seat for the ceremony. For this reason, stilettos or otherwise thin-heels are not recommended. Don’t forget to bring your dancing shoes!
