Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

We invite you to RSVP online below. Please register each person individually. Start by entering the full first and last name as it appears on your invitation to unlock your RSVP form. When complete, add subsequent guests listed on your invitation, one at a time.

What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by July 24, 2026.

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?

Our ceremony and reception will be held at 448 Carley Brook Road, Honesdale, PA. There is a staircase to connect the Atrium and Barn, however access to either space is also accessible via the paved pathways outdoors.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

There is free, on-site parking. All guests and vehicles must leave the venue by 11pm, but festivities will end at 10pm.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors, while the cocktail hour and reception will take place in indoor and outdoor spaces. Check out “What to Wear” on our schedule page to review the dress code and our advice on dressing for the weather.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

We have reserved [XX] rooms at [XX]. These hotels, along with several other accommodation options, are available on our travel page. We recommend booking your stay as soon as possible knowing that there will be another wedding at our venue the following day.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s) for the wedding?

We will not be providing guest transportation throughout the wedding weekend. Our ceremony and reception will take place at one location, so no additional transport will be required for our nuptials.

What should I do if I don't make it into the room block?

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway—they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. If not, you can find additional nearby accommodations on our travel page. We recommend booking your stay as soon as possible knowing that there will be another wedding at our venue the following day.

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

We love your children, but due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

We'll be serving passed appetizers at cocktail hour followed by a seated dinner with salad, seasonal vegetables, and a choice of entree. There will be a chicken, red meat, and vegetarian option available. Be sure to select your meal option by mentioning it in the “Anything You Want the Couple to Know?” section of your digital RSVP.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

We plan on having an entree choice that's vegetarian and all entrees will be nut-free to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions. Our cocktail hour appetizers will also all be clearly marked if they are allergy friendly. If you have additional restrictions that go beyond what we've listed here, please let us know in the “Anything You Want the Couple to Know?” section of your digital RSVP. We want you to feel comfortable and well fed!

Do I have to pay for drinks?

There will be a selection of wines, beer, signature cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages throughout cocktail hour and the reception for guests to enjoy free of charge.

Could you give me a link to your wedding registry?

You can find our complete wedding registry (and purchase directly from our wish list) on our registry page.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it addressed and delivered to Madelaine Pegula at [insert address]. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

What's the wedding itinerary?

Our wedding will take place at the Venue at Carley Brook on August 21, 2026. The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm sharp, followed by cocktail hour and the reception, which is anticipated to wrap around 10:00pm.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

We recommend arriving at the venue at least 15 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to be transported to the ceremony space via a tractor ride provided by Carley Brook staff. Arriving early will give you plenty of time to find a seat and enjoy our interactive program.

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

A 90-minute cocktail hour will take place on the patios between the ceremony and reception where you can enjoy drinks, small bites, and lawn games.

Could you suggest places to eat, drink and see while I'm in town for your wedding?

Check out the "Things to Do" section of our travel page to see some of our favorite spots to eat, drink and explore in Honesdale and the surrounding areas.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos during our ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. Please take as many photos as you like during our cocktail hour and reception.

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Yes! Please tag us when you do @madelaineashton or @corywalsh_ and use the hashtag, #CoryMetHisMac

Are there any religious practices guests should be aware of?

During the ceremony, we will partake in Communion in remembrance of Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross, in which His Body and Blood were broken and shed for the forgiveness of our sins. Packages containing crackers and juice– the elements of Communion– will be available and distributed by the ushers for all who would like to participate. The Bible tells us that before participating in this ordinance we should search our hearts and ask God to forgive and lead us differently from our own ways.

Where will wedding updates be posted?

Additional updates or changes that need your attention will appear on our wedding website.

Is there anything I should bring as a guest?

We suggest that guests bring sunscreen, a pair of sunglasses, and/or a hand fan so they can comfortably view the proceedings during the outdoor ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Check out “What to Wear” on our schedule page to review the dress code and our advice on dressing for the weather.

I have more questions about your wedding, who can I contact?

Kindly contact our [honor attendant role and name] at [contact info] or our [second honor attendant role and name] at [contact info] with any further questions ahead of the wedding.
