We are thrilled to have you join us for this special occasion. For your convenience we have arranged onsite accommodations for all our guests if you choose to book a spot at Camp, for the full weekend of Friday, August 23 - Sunday, August 25.
Upon arrival you will make your way towards the check-in center where you will receive your cabin assignments.
There will be paddle boards, kayaks, tennis, pickleball, basketball, and field games available onsite for those looking to do activities during their stay.
For those who do not plan to stay on site there is the Hampton Inn Oxford or the Oxford Casino Hotel not far from the venue.

Stay onsite in one of Kohut’s wood cabins that feel like an inclusive and picturesque neighborhood on the lake.
Although they vary slightly in size and shape, a typical cabin houses between eight to twelve people. Special requests can be made for cabin assignments and roommate choices. Regardless of cabin size and location, all beds are single twin sized beds (not bunk beds) all in an open concept layout. Each of the cabins have basic electricity, showers, and bathrooms.
Rates are $170 per person which includes Friday and Saturday night.
- Check-in is available at your earliest convenience Friday Check-out will be 11:00am Sunday.
