Hotel/Housing Accommodations:
We were not able to get a room block deal with hotels, as October can be a busy time for leaf-peepers. However, if you use your favorite travel app, you can find reasonable options in and around Ogunquit.

Things To Do

Shopping

Shopping

The Kittery Outlets

301 US-1 One, Kittery, ME 03904

Outlet stores. Restaurants. Antiques Stores. First times might want to venture out to the Kittery Trading Post for a unique adventure.

Downtown Ogunquit

It is a great location to find local restaurants and shops. Ogunquit Beach is just a few minutes walk from downtown if you want to reenact our first date. There are public parking lots for easy parking.

Outdoor

Outdoor & Nature

Mt. Agamenticus

Mt. Agamenticus Road, York, ME 03902

The Big A Loop is a new wide, smooth gravel trail suitable for all visitors including those requiring wheelchairs or using strollers. Accessible from the parking lot and trailhead at the top of the mountain, the Big A Loop winds around Mount Agamenticus' summit and providing excellent views all around. The trail is named for local's nickname for this mountain, and also the name of the ski area that existed here from 1964 to 1974. The former summit ski lodge is now a learning center and gift shop, and the old ski-lift infrastructure still can be spotted slowly rusting away on the north east slope.

Marginal Way in Ogunquit

Shore Road, Oqunquit, ME 03907

Ogunquit is a special place for us. The place where we met on our first date, is a quaint town open to all and offers the best of beaches, stores and Marginal Way.

Looking to enjoy an ocean-side walk with plenty of opportunities to sit and take in the gorgeous view? There may be no better place in Maine than along Ogunquit’s Marginal Way.
