We have reserved rooms at each hotel, but they will book up fast. Please plan your accommodations accordingly.

Directions

If you are flying in from out of state, it is recommended to fly into Baltimore (BWI) airport, which is approximately 45 minutes away from the hotels. The venue is located in North East MD, which is about 30 minutes from Aberdeen or the hotels. If you are flying in on the day of the event, please consider travel time of approximately 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes, depending on traffic from BWI to the venue.

Philadelphia International Airport is another option and is about an hour drive to the hotels.
