FAQs:

• Is there a shuttle between the hotel and venue? --> YES! We will be providing a 56 passenger coach bus between the Courtyard By Marriott hotel and the venue. The shuttle will leave from the hotel parking lot at 2:15 pm and depart the venue at 9:15 at the end of the night.

• What time should I arrive? --> We recommend you arrive a half hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled.

• Where should I park? Is parking free? --> If you are driving to the venue, there is plenty of free parking on site!

• Where the ceremony and reception take place? --> Our ceremony and reception will take place at Ryan Family Farm. Our ceremony will be held outside, weather permitting. Our cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors, with an optional outdoor deck space.

• Is there air conditioning? --> Yes, thank goodness there is air conditioning inside the barn!

• Can I bring a date? --> Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.

• Are kids invited? --> Unfortunately we are only able to accommodate children related to immediate family members.

• What should I do if I can't make it? --> You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" on our website or via mailed in RSVP postcard, so we can plan accordingly.

• Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies? --> Yes! Our venue will accommodate any allergy or dietary restriction. Please be sure to advise your server when placing your entree order.
