Some important things to note:

We recommend booking your accommodations as soon as you can. This area is comprised of small towns, and July is super busy here!
There are no rideshare (Uber, Lyft) options in the area! Please plan on riding the shuttle from Hampton-Inn Sapphire Valley or Hotel Cashiers to get to and from the welcome party and wedding. If not, there is ample parking at Chimney Pond and some parking at Happ's Place.
Connection is spotty in these areas. We recommend you always have your maps loaded before driving anywhere in the area.
If you plan on grabbing dinner before the welcome party etc., we recommend that you make reservations in advance. If you plan on eating at Happ's Place for dinner before the welcome party, the manager has told us that you will have to make a reservation since July is their busiest month. If not, we'll have some snacks and small bites there!

There will be a shuttle that will take guests to and from Happ's Place and Hampton Inn-Sapphire Valley and Hotel Cashiers. Please let us know in your RSVP if you will be there and need transportation.

Saturday, July 26th

4:00 PM

Shuttle Pickup at Hampton Inn-Sapphire Valley and Hotel Cashiers

The shuttle will begin transporting guests from Hampton Inn-Sapphire Valley and Hotel Cashiers at 4 pm, and the shuttle will be on loop at the end of the night to take guests back to these two hotels. Please let us know if you need transportation in your RSVP.
