Cottonwood Manor is a white, 3,500 sq ft heated/cooled true barn venue with prep kitchen & an elegant bridal suite. Our capacity is 150-200 quests. All of our packages include tables, chairs, white table clothes, 20 wooden pews that may be used for ceremony seating, two 8ft farmhouse food tables, a farmhouse couple's table, gift table, cake table, grooms table, and a 7.5ft tall square wooden arch. Our decor closet is free to use.
We are located in Perkinston, MS. Just south of Wiggins, 30-40 minutes from Gulfport, Biloxi, & Ocean Springs.
