The Setting
The Patton Homestead, sits upon 23 acres of conservation land, adjacent to Mass Audubon, with the Ipswich River running along the western property line. While it is a rich natural resource, and neighbor to Essex County Greenbelt trails and two working farms, it is also a place to welcome the public for family recreation, educational programming, cultural and community events as well as for special private gatherings such as weddings, fundraising galas, family parties or corporate excursions. While the venue is primarily outdoors and can host upwards of 300 people in one of the North Shores most picturesque settings to take in the golden hours of sunset, it also offers indoor space for up to 49 people with on-site tables and chairs for indoor gatherings, and ample off street parking.
