The barn is able to accommodate up to 150 guests, or up to 250 guests using the barn space as your cocktail hour with a spacious tent set up right outside. Birch Point Estate is a family home with exceptional views of the marsh overlooking Briggs Harbor. Turn down the private drive that opens up the quintessential cape-like estate with 6 acres of land traveling behind it and views of the Atlantic Ocean as far as the eye can see. Have your ceremony set on the stone patio set before protected marshlands and sweeping ocean views. Transition into a cocktail hour on the back deck and lawn or surrounding the on-site pool. Situated on 41 acres of pristine farmland and woods, abutting hundreds of acres of conservations land, sits the Oak Hill Christmas Tree Farm. Huge oak trees shade the house, which was built in the mid 1800’s, and like many farmhouses, modified over the years. It has a modern kitchen and large stone patio that serve the backyard venue. The gently undulating fields and backyard are what makes this venue so special. In particular, there is an amazing view of Mount Monadnock 32 miles to the NW in New Hampshire, visible on most summer days and spectacular in the fall. Originally a potato farm, this modest Christmas tree farm is home to one of Massachusetts's most unique wedding venues.
