Our Story
How We Met
Tiffany and Jesse met at the University of North Dakota. Tiffany had brought some candy to share with a study group. Jesse was the first to dig in, and made several attempts to catch Tiffany’s attention over the next couple of weeks. As the school year went on, Tiffany and Jesse slowly grew closer; talking every day, watching all the movies Tiffany had never heard of, and exploring new places in Grand Forks. Over the past 6 and some years, their relationship grew to include a fuzzball named Meeko who loves walks outside, and endured Tiffany’s journey through law school. Jesse and Tiffany are excited to finally be tying the knot and celebrating with their family and friends.
The Proposal
Jesse wanted to make the proposal everything that Tiffany could've dreamed of. With help (of course) he found the perfect ring and the greenest scenery . . . by travelling all the way to Gordonsville, Virginia! It just so happened that they were heading out there for another couple's celebration of love. Jesse took Tiffany through an old estate's rose garden and beneath the old landmark trees, until the forest opened on an old refurbished horse barn looking down on green, rolling hills. Jesse got down on one knee and tried to keep his composure as the ring box stumbled out and he popped the big question. Tiffany obviously said YES! It was the most magical proposal Tiffany could have dreamed of in the State of Lovers.
