Our Story
How We Met
Back in the Dark Ages of 2020, Catherine embarked on a great adventure to move our world forward by delivering what matters: people's online shopping loot. Renowned for her great discipline and Herculaen strength, it's a wonder how she only made it to Day 27 of on-car driving training at UPS, only to be devastatingly cut before her 30-days.
The joke was on the delivery giant, as Catherine fell head over heels for their Union Safety Guy - Ryan [actual name Brian...but she called him Ryan for at least the first week].
The days were long, and Brian's patience was short - but Catherine's infinite vaults of dad-jokes prevailed [*some of us flirt differently], and the rest is history.
The Proposal
In February of 2023, Brian and Catherine flew to Orlando for his first time meeting the Mangan's - and on February 16th, at the finale of Disney World's 100th Anniversary Fireworks in front of Cinderella's Castle, Brian got down on one knee and asked an already sobbing Catherine to spend the rest of her life with him. Spoilers: She enthusiastically said, "YES".
