Our Story
How We Met
Khelsea and Josh first met at Sacred Heart Elementary School. As middle school sweethearts do, they sat together on the bus and went on dates to Friendly's. Josh's first encounter with Khelsea's family was at the little league baseball fields, where her dad called him a "pretty boy." Josh was later caught red-handed dropping off an ice cream sundae to Khelsea before she was allowed to date, which he still hasn't been able to live down. Once it was obvious the two weren't breaking up anytime soon, Khelsea and Josh began to integrate into each other's families. Countless holidays, vacations, and milestones were spent together over the years. Fast forward to over a decade later, and Khelsea & Josh are getting married!
The Proposal
Under the guise of a milestone birthday celebration for Khelsea's mom and a family photoshoot to mark the occasion, Josh popped the question in the mountains of Colorado. Khelsea's face said it all—the proposal was truly a surprise! Surrounded by her loved ones, Khelsea wholeheartedly said, "Yes!"
