Brianna & Nicholas
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony starts at 4:30 PM sharp, so we recommend arriving by 4:00-4:15 PM to allow time for parking and getting settled.
Is there a hotel block? Will there be shuttles?
Yes and yes! Please refer to the Travel tab for additional information about our hotel blocks!
What time will shuttles be leaving from the hotels?
There will be one round of shuttles departing the hotel at 3:45 PM sharp to head to the venue. Please plan to be on time, as late arrivals may miss the shuttle and will need to arrange their own transportation to the venue.
Will the wedding be outdoors?
Yes, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be outdoors. Please dress accordingly, as it may get cooler in the evening.
Is the house on the property available for guests during the wedding?
The house on the property is reserved exclusively for the bride, groom, and bridal party. Guests will enjoy the beautiful outdoor setting, including the tented reception area and nearby restrooms designed specifically for your comfort.
Are children welcome?
As much as we love children, we can only accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation. If your little ones weren’t included, we kindly ask that you enjoy a relaxing night off! We appreciate your understanding.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! We will also provide shuttle service back to the hotel blocks. Since East Haddam is a small town with limited ride-sharing options, please plan ahead if you don’t plan to use the shuttles.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is plenty of free parking available on-site.
