Times are prompt. Please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start.

Ceremony: 5:30pm to 6:00pm
Cocktails/Snacks: 6:00pm to 7:30pm
Dinner/Reception: 7:30pm to 11:00pm

Shuttle bus transportation from the Courtyard:
There will be 3 (30 passenger) busses from Broadway Elite.
Departure time from the hotel is promptly at 4:15pm. Please be on the bus or you will be sadly left.
