How We Met
Garrett and Victoria met as many couples do these days, via online dating! They immediately knew there was something special about the other as they debated whether “all” of the ocean was technically shark-infested waters. Their first date was at Chipotle, suggested by Garrett, just in case he needed to make a quick exit. Luckily for both them, that wasn’t needed!
The Proposal
Garrett and Victoria had planned to go to Florida to visit her parents for the holidays. But Mother Nature had other plans. With an ice storm grounding their flight, Garrett knew he had to adjust his idea. He suggested taking a walk on Victoria’s birthday at their favorite park. Victoria thought Garrett was acting a bit strange, asking if she loved him. But she had no idea what was about to come when Garrett casually asked if she would want to marry him. To her surprise, after she said she would, Garrett got down on one knee with a ring in hand and said, “Let’s do it! Will you marry me?” :-)
