Our Story
How We Met
We met in high school through old mutual friends seven years ago. Our first date was to see a cheesy horror movie where we both had on way too much hairspray, and I was too nervous to hold Dorian's hand until the end of the movie. We instantly enjoyed each others company and knew our connection was something special. Since then we have grown up together and have gotten to experience some amazing life moments with each other. We are so looking forward to these next steps and everything our future has in store for us! -Veronica
The Proposal
Let me just say, there is nothing more nerve wracking than getting down on one knee to surprise the love of your life, only to almost drop the ring. But I'm glad I got over my nerves and held onto the ring anyways because the moment she turned around and the light shone through her hair on that warm day in Mystic, I knew she was going to say yes. Every day since then has felt like a dream that I never wanted to wake up from. We are so excited to finally share some of that dream with you all on this special day so you can all see and feel exactly what I saw and felt on that perfect day! -Dorian
