We were unable to reserve a room block at any local hotels. In place of a room block, we searched for two adjacent hotels to increase the likelihood of having enough capacity to accommodate all of our guests who would like a hotel room.

Those hotels are the Residence Inn Portland-Scarborough and the Candlewood Suites Portland-Scarborough. We will be staying at the Residence Inn.

Transportation will be provided from these hotels to the venue and back.

The bus will leave the hotels at 3:15pm to head to the venue.

Return trips to the hotel will be at 9:00pm and 10:00/10:15pm (after the reception has finished).
