Our Story
How We Met
Before we gave each other our hearts, we worked together in heart and lung research at Rhode Island Hospital. From Tom’s first introduction to Melissa's family as “The Coworker” to sparks of love to the commitment required to sustain a long-distance relationship during medical school, we’ve learned to work together and love together. To celebrate the small moments and share in the big. To crack a smile before you crack the ice. From Southeastern Mass, to Maine mill towns, to Providence corner booths, to Oaxaca, Peru, India, Worcester and back again, our most treasured memories are memories together. With the right person, another day in the office can become the rest of your life. We can’t wait to create new memories with all of you as we welcome a lovely forever.
The Proposal
Tom conveniently chose proposing at our combined graduation party (medical school and graduate school) surrounded by our loved ones. We can't wait to celebrate with you all again!
