Our Story
How We Met
Our love story began with an overpriced Nissan that was bad on gas … a chilly Friday afternoon in April, by chance he was willing to take me as a customer. I made it clear I had no down payment, an existing loan, and wanted a cheaper payment. He bargained with me for 2 days about how I needed this and that, but I was determined to get what I came for. Then … I signed the papers and left. We made friends over the next few weeks and spent everyday together since. A whirlwind of a romance, and the biggest blessing we never saw coming.
The Proposal
On a random Tuesday in October at the beautiful lake long meadow, we were sitting on the dock just talking about life when Brooks asked me to be his wife. It was the most perfect moment in either of our lives. Brooks had given me the world and I’ve given him his home within my heart.
