How We Met
We first met at church when we were kids and I always had the biggest crush on Foster! We "dated" when we were 12 and 13, but it was nothing serious. We reconnected shortly after high school, and began dating again when we were 19 and 21.
The Proposal
Fast forward 6 years, 2 dogs and a cat later we got engaged on September 4th, 2021. After a day of rain and cloudiness at the cabin the sun decided to show up for a beautiful sunset. We were taking pictures down on the dock when Foster's mom and brother brought down our dogs Gomez and Scout wearing some cute bandanas that said "Will you marry our dad?" When I turned around, he was down on one knee and asked me to marry him. It was a moment we will cherish forever
