The Proposal

It was a huge surprise! We love traveling and sharing new experiences, so when Charlier suggested a trip to northern Georgia, Sheala had no idea a proposal was part of the plan.

We went glamping in a refurbished school bus right by the water—a unique, serene spot that felt like the perfect escape from our daily routine. We spent the day hiking the nearby trails and waterfalls, soaking in the fresh air and the beauty of nature.

During our hike, we reached a dry waterfall crest. Inspired by the beauty, Charlier got down on one knee and proposed. Sheala was completely surprised, but her shock quickly turned to joy, and with a smile and tears, she said yes.

We celebrated by finding a local restaurant for a quiet dinner, then spent the evening by a fire pit near the lake, reflecting on the beautiful day and dreaming about our future together.
