There are different options available for you to stay close to our venue over this weekend. There will also be a Shuttle provided by the venue from the Casino to the Ceremony during certain times of the afternoon below.

DIRECTIONS:
From Fargo:
We are 50 miles south of Fargo on I -29 South
Take Exit 8 - Hankinson
Turn right onto Highway 11
Go through the town of Hankinson (you will still be on Highway 11)
Turn Left onto County Road 21 (landmark- city park)
In 1 mile turn right onto 94th street
In . 9 miles the venue will be on the left-hand side.
BIG Red Barn you can’t miss it!

From Wahpeton:
Take I-29 SouthDrive 14.6 milesTake Exit 8 – HankinsonTurn right onto ND Highway 11Drive for 3.8 miles
Turn left on County Road 21/4th Ave SW (landmark- city park)Drive 1.1 milesTurn right onto 94th St SEDrive .8 miles and the Big Red Barn will be on the left!

From Dakota Magic Casino:
Turn right onto 102nd St SE – merge onto I-29 North
Drive 7.5 miles
Take exit 8 for ND Highway 11 (Hankinson)
Sharp left onto ND 11 West – Drive 4 miles
Turn left on County Road 21/4th Ave SW (landmark-city park)Drive 1.1 milesTurn right onto 94th St SEDrive .9 miles the Big Red Barn will be on the left!

The venue we have chosen offers a Safe Ride Shuttle Bus Service that is willing to pickup and return you to Hankinson hotels and Dakota Magic Casino!
Below you will find 3 pickup time options to choose from. Our Ceremony Begins at 4:30 p.m.
Pickup time options:
1:45 p.m. 2.45 p.m 3:45 p.m.

Note: These are their ONLY 3 pickup times, so if you miss the shuttle you’ll have to grab the next or drive yourself in.

Locations for Pickups and Returns
Dakota Magic Casino: the atrium in front of the Check-In desk.
Hot Cakes Motel: the main parking lot out front.
Hankinson Inn: the East side porch in front of the building.
RETURN TRIPS: Venue’s South side of the Red Brick Barn
Note: The Safe Ride Bus will run at scheduled times beginning Saturday at 9:30 p.m.-1:00 a.m., so you can leave your vehicle and get back to your room safely. Sunday morning at 9AM (ONLY) it will pick up DRIVERS ONLY of vehicles left the night before.

Venue Policies
No smoking on bus or inside venue.
No food or drink allowed on the Safe Ride Shuttle bus.
The venue does not condone drinking and driving, so leave your vehicle and it will drive you safely back to your hotel.
Note: Please consider bringing cash to tip bartenders/bus drivers.

Alcohol Policy

Lake Elsie Wedding Barn LLC and Lady on the Lake Bed and Breakfast LLC has a wine, beer, and liquor license. Any alcohol to be sold/consumed must be provided by our on-site licensed bar. If outside alcohol is reported client will be subject to a $250.00 Fine. We require you to include our no outside alcohol policy in your wedding website and invitation.
