Thank you for your RSVP. Please register each person individually. Start by entering the full first and last name as it appears on your invitation to unlock your RSVP form. Add subsequent names in your party, one at a time. For guests, enter your first name and guest as the last name. Please let us know the name of your guest in the notes Section.
For each person in your party, enter in the notes section you would like to have for dinner from the list below. Dietary restrictions/requests can also be entered here.
