How We Met
Ben and I are proud to call ourselves high school sweethearts! Our journey together began in our high school band class. We sat close to each other in band and we often went to pep band together. We started hanging out outside of class and pep band as friends, but we quickly developed a little crush on each other. He eventually asked me out with a scavenger hunt, and of course, I agreed to date him and become more than just friends.
The Proposal
On the day of the proposal, he recreated our first date but added a special surprise at the end. During the sunset, he took me on a golf cart ride and stopped the cart to film us dancing in front of the beautiful sky for social media. During this cheesy dance, he unexpectedly got down on one knee with the most beautiful ring imaginable, and, you guessed it, the answer was yes!
