(If your invitation reads John and Mary Smith, John and Mary will go in the First Name slot and Smith in the last name slot. In additional comments type the total number of guests that will be attending.
If unable to type name in, there may be a spelling issue, please text bride at 507 313 9713 and let her know name and how many are attending, she will update it in the rsvp list.
