How We Met

How we met…..
Rachel and Mike met online in 2019. Talking for a month led to a first meeting outside the Under Armour on December 15 in Tannersville. Their first date included a movie and fajitas at Chilis. This led to more fun dates, including bowling, hiking with Mike’s dog Zoey, and many fun local activities. Ask Mike to tell you the story of how Rachel ducked one of his hugs! He still makes fun of her for it!
Then the pandemic hit, and they learned how to date through COVID. They built their relationship through many FaceTime calls and hours on the phone. After the pandemic, their relationship grew and now they can’t wait to share their special day with family and friends!
The Proposal
It was the hottest day of Summer 2022 and Mike insisted they go for a hike to Dingmans Falls in Dingmans Ferry, PA. Rachel was looking at the waterfall when he asked her to turn around. He was on one knee and asked her to marry him! They can’t wait for this adventure to continue
