We understand that people will be traveling from all over the world and we thank everyone for even considering making the trip out to celebrate with us! Keeping that in mind we want to make the details of travel and accommodations as clear as possible.
When planning for this trip please use Stratton Mountain Resort in Winhall, VT as your point of reference. All weekend activities will take place at Stratton with the exception of the actual event. This is where the wedding block will be and where the shuttles will leave for the ceremony/reception. We kindly ask that everyone take a shuttle to the event as parking is not allowed at our venue space (contact us for special circumstances).
Directions
Flying: We highly recommend flying into Albany International Airport, but Boston Logan International also works well especially if grabbing a ride from some local Bostonians! Book early for best deals into Albany
Albany International (ALB): Appx 1 hr 30 min from Stratton Resort by car. Rental car required.
Boston Logan International (BOS): Appx 2 hr 55 min by car without traffic. Expect significant traffic delays on Friday evenings. (Plan for an additional hour+)
Train: This is an alternative option if travelling from NYC or further south. Brattleboro train stop is on the Vermonter line and 50 minutes from Stratton. Works well if coordinating with Boston/RI travelers for pickup.
Driving: Address for Google Maps: 5 Village Lodge Rd, South Londonderry, VT 05155. General guidance from Southern New England: I190/I495/I95 to MA Rt. 2 W to I91 N to VT Rt. 30 N to Stratton Access Road.

The day of the wedding shuttles will be provided from the Long Trail House at Stratton to and from the venue in Manchester Center. There will be no parking at the venue. All guests are required to take shuttles to the venue due to parking limitations.

We are very excited to have a room block at our Vermont home away from home! We highly recommend using the room block, especially with the convenient options Stratton provides. Through our room block one can reserve hotel rooms (1 or 2 beds), studio condos, 1 bedroom condos, 2 bedroom condos, or 3 bedroom condos. Meryl and I are happy to answer questions on these options as we highly encourage our guests to make use of one of them!
