How We Met
Matt and I are lucky to have found each other on Tinder! Even before meeting in person, we both knew that we were perfect for each other.
The Proposal
We had been backpacking across Japan with some of our closest friends in the Fall of 2019. On the very last day of the trip, Matt had arranged for us to walk around the Japanese Imperial Gardens where he proposed along a stone pathway surrounded by Cherry Blossom trees. Shortly after I had said yes, our friends joined us at a small Izakaya to celebrate!
