How We Met
Kat and Jon met at Mountain Creek, working together as Snowboard Instructors. They were friends for over a year before they started dating during the winter of 2018.
The Proposal
Jon surprised Kat with a birthday party, and told his infamous "cookie joke," but made one very distinct change to it. Kat had the pleasure of listening to the joke so many times in the past, that she was barely listening...until the end when Jon changed the last line to "the ring".
