Our Story
How We Met
We met through mutual friends and had been friends ourselves for the better part of a decade. We reconnected after I bought some ammo off of Chris. Eventually he wore me down and I let him take me out on a date. Ever since our first date we have been inseparable. So much so, we decided we would stick together forever!
The Proposal
Chris unofficially proposed at home one evening but asked that I work with a jeweler to custom make the engagement ring. He still wanted to make the proposal special and as much of a surprise as he could. So, after he asked my Dad and Carter for their permission he got to planning. He took me on a "pick a card" date for my birthday. He had two cards with different choices and we did whatever the card said. We made it to Claytor Lake which is my favorite place and he proposed as we were looking out at the water. It was a perfect day.
