We recommend planning your travel to the venue a few weeks in advance if you are planning on using Airbnb somewhere nearby, renting a hotel room, going home, etc. We do not have enough guests coming from one location to block out sections of hotels, and sincerely apologize for any inconveniences.
We would prefer if you could arrive at the venue between 3:30-3:45 PM, as the Ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m. promptly. Once you are parked please take notice of our greeting sign. We would appreciate it if you could turn your phones off and put them away before entering the Ceremony space, or at least on plane mode with discreet photo taking tactics that will not effect our photographer.
