Please enter the first and last name as it appears on your invitation to get to the RSVP form. Then enter family members one at a time the same way.
If your invite says "and guest", register your "plus one" by adding the word "guest" to your last name. i.e. First name = Louis, Last name = Armstrong guest. Then, add your plus one's name into the notes under 'Anything You Want the Couple to Know?'
Finally, add your meal selection into the notes under 'Anything You Want the Couple to Know?' The options are Beef Short Ribs, Salmon, Vegan or children's meal.
