How We Met
We met in August 2021 at Lowe’s. Simon was working there at the time and would ring me up. We went to dinner a couple times, but it wasn’t until a year later that our paths crossed again at church that we really hit it off. We began dating on June 5th, 2022 at raccoon mountain after Simon smoked Lydia on a mountain bike ride. We quickly fell in love over Thai food, spending time outdoors, and hanging out at Lowe’s.
The Proposal
We got engaged on January 21st, 2023 on raccoon mountain. Simon asked some close friends to go hiking to one our favorite spots, and popped the question on the overlook. Afterwards he had some of Lydia’s best out of town friends waiting to celebrate with us. It was the perfect day and the perfect ring!
