Our Story
How We Met
Sarina walked into Kolby's tattoo shop to get tattooed for her 18th birthday and ended up being tattooed by his father. Kolby was working in the same room, and they talked for the entire 2 hours of her appointment. When Sarina messaged Kolby's father for care instructions, he told her his son could help since he was an apprentice artist (on-purpose wingman). They connected and Sarina built up the courage to ask him out to skate with her. They went to Mama's Pizza that same night. Two pieces of pizza and one cannoli turned into a life together.
The Proposal
Sarina and Kolby went to Disneyland on a trip they had been planning since their 6-month anniversary. It was Halloween time and fell directly on their 4.5 year anniversary, so the very first day they spent in the park, Kolby led her up to Cinderella's castle and planned to propose. He searched for someone to take the video, and the only man brave enough was also the only one wearing a banana suit. Sarina said yes before he could even finish asking and hugged his head while he was down on one knee. She had an idea that he may be planning it, but didn't want to assume, so she was ready as soon as he asked.
