You do loose phone service on the way up but it comes back don't worry! The parking lot is town the lane to the left of the came. I know it's October but for those not assigned a place to stay you could always pitch a tent on the grounds for those not assigned to sleeping arrangements. For those not interested in staying in a tent, there is a Holiday Inn close by and they have other air B&B's I can sent you information on. Just reach out.
