Thursday, July 18th

Arrival at The Hideaway at Xanadu Island

Arrive at the island then unpack and unwind. The wedding party and immediate family will be assigned buildings to stay in but you may choose your room when you arrive. Additional friends and family you are welcome to come visit the island for as much of the weekend as you wish and see the accommodations section for places to stay.

Enjoy the day however you wish! Boats, canoes, paddle boards, fishing, yard games, and swimming are all available.

Backyard BBQ at The Hideaway at Xanadu Island

Enjoy some brats and burgers off the grill. Water and pop will be provided or bring your own beverage of choice.

Ladies: sun dresses, swimsuits, and cozy clothes
Men: shorts, shirts, swimsuit, and cozy clothes

Lake Casual Wedding Attire
May we suggest that men wear a long or short-sleeved shirt with slacks or shorts and ladies wear a sundress or dressy separates, like a nice top and skirt. Instead of heels, wear a pair of strappy or platform sandals.
